1. Order Status Flow Modes

• Choose from 4 order completion modes based on your business type:
  

  • Direct Mode: Order closes immediately after payment completion
  • Production Mode: Order closes when both production is complete AND payment is complete
  • Pickup Mode: Order closes when production is complete, pickup is complete, AND payment is complete
  • Delivery Mode: Order closes when production is complete, pickup is complete, delivery is confirmed, AND payment is complete

• Each order type can be configured independently

• Why: Provides flexibility for different service models—quick service vs. full-service restaurants

2. Adyen Payment Integration

• New payment method supporting Adyen terminals
• Designed primarily for European markets
• Requires Adyen terminal hardware and backend configuration
• Contact your account manager to enable this feature

1. Cash payment rounding logic optimized

• Previously: All payments rounded, potentially causing multiple rounding deductions in a single order
• Now: Only the final cash payment in an bill is rounded
• Why: Prevents unintended multiple rounding deductions, ensuring accurate transaction totals

⚠️ Important Notes

Kiosk Compatibility

• If you are using Kiosk devices, you must upgrade Kiosk to version 2.6.1 after updating Tablet to 4.3.9
• Risk: Using new Tablet (4.3.9) with old Kiosk (pre-2.6.1) may cause Kiosk orders to not display on the Tablet
• Old Tablet + Old Kiosk combinations continue to work normally
