✨ Highlights

• Improve kitchen receipt and label printing so labels follow the configured print timing and order workflow.
• Make order status labels more consistent across order lists and details, including partial payments and refunds.
• Improve Star printer output, especially text fitting on 58mm receipts.
• Improve order-status and dish-return handling in the Tablet app, make customer contact details more prominent on receipts, and add Kiosk 2.6.9 order options.

🎉 New Features

• Star two-color printing: On compatible Star printers, topping, extra-option, and combo-item lines can print in red to make them easier to distinguish on receipts.

✨ Improvements

• Kitchen receipts and labels: When a kitchen receipt is sent from the order flow, the corresponding label is also sent if label auto-printing is enabled. Labels follow the configured timing for pay-first and pay-later service modes; suppressing the kitchen receipt also suppresses its label.
• Labels for multi-part orders: If a label-print task does not specify a suborder ID, the app retrieves the parent order's suborders and prints labels for their eligible items.
• Star printer reliability and layout: Star jobs enter the printer's own connection and print flow instead of being blocked by a generic connection check. Receipt rendering now accounts for print-head width and scales bitmap text to reduce clipping on narrow paper; the print queue and paper-width handling have also been refined.
• Order and refund status display: Order lists and detail views use consistent status labels and colors. Payment status is used to distinguish partial payment, partial refund, and full refund where applicable.
• Order detail and dish returns: An order with suborders awaiting confirmation opens the To Confirm tab. After sending a kitchen receipt, order details refresh; when adding dishes to an in-store order whose kitchen receipt was already sent, the action reads “Send.” After a successful dish return, the app refreshes the order details and returns to the home screen if the refreshed order is paid.
• Notification sound settings: Improve compatibility when loading saved sound settings in optimized builds, preventing a configuration-related crash.
• Customer details on receipts: Improve the prominence of the customer's name and phone number across applicable receipt types.

🖥️ Kiosk 2.6.9

• Customer login for Kiosk orders: Add customer login to the Kiosk ordering flow.
• Custom pickup number: Allow a custom pickup number to be used for Kiosk orders.

⚠️ Notes

• Red printing requires a compatible two-color Star printer and consumables; other printers do not gain red printing from this update.
• Label printing still depends on the merchant's label auto-print configuration and the applicable order/print conditions.
• The Kiosk items belong to Kiosk 2.6.9 and are separate from the Tablet 4.5.6 APK.
