What is a Report?
Reports are essential for tracking business performance, monitoring operations, and making data-driven decisions. They compile detailed sales and payment records, providing a comprehensive view of business activities.
Only the most recent 6 months of records will be included in the report. To export records older than 6 months, you will need to export them in XLSX format (refer to Export Report).
Type of Reports
All reports can be found here:
- Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Reports.
- In-Store Report
- Summary - Summary of the sales
- Order Report - Records of the total order number and the time chart of the daily amount and quantity.
- Tax Report - Records of tax charges of each order ID following by tax amount, name and rate
- Tips Report - Records of tips
- Checkout Report - Records of the total sales categorized by each payment method
- Product Report - Records of the sales amount, ratio and quantity of top categories, products, extra needing and extra options
- Pay In Pay Out - Cash drawer report
- Performance Report -Sales records for each staff account if there are multiple cashiers.
- Special Case - Records of any cancelled order, cancelled products, order discount, rounding, open price order, refund order, additional charge, exempt tax, etc.
- Online Report
