How to configure the Caller ID in Cloud POS?

Software configuration
After configuring the analog phone and connecting it to Cloud POS, open the Cloud POS tablet app. Then you can follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Cloud POS Tablet App with your Cloud POS software credentials
- From the home page, select Settings > Hardware > Caller ID
- Turn on the Caller ID switch, and input the device's UDP port
- Click "Save"

Network preparation
Make sure the switch box and Android tablet POS terminal are on the same LAN.
How to use the Caller ID in Cloud POS?
Here we'll introduce the order workflow with the Caller ID.
Once the setup is completed, you can start taking the call-in orders. The customer’s name will show up on the POS device whenever he calls to place an order.
- For example, Mr. Graham calls the restaurant to place an order.
- The customer's name and phone number will flash on the screen.
- Support to check the customer's detailed information.
- To start the order, click "New order" and select the order type
- On the order screen, add the items that the customer wants to order.
- Then follow the normal ordering process, and send orders to the kitchen.
- Send orders to drivers to deliver and collect payment for delivery orders. / Send food to the cashier to wait for the customer to pick it up and collect payment for pickup orders.
