Inbound stock

How to Inbound stock?

Inbound stock refers to the process and management of receiving new stock items into the system. This includes tracking the goods from suppliers, verifying the received quantities, and updating inventory levels to reflect the new stock. Efficient management of inbound stock is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product availability, and minimizing discrepancies.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Inventory > Inventory Management > Inbound Stock.
  3. Click "new inbound ".

In the window that pops up:

Inbound time = Stock in time.
Supplier = The supplier from whom you purchase the stock.
For the stock info,example: l stock in 3 dozen of Coke, and the total price is $45.

At this stage, if there are any mistakes in the details, you can tap on them to edit.
However, once you click "Confirm", the confirm entry will disappear, the details cannot be edited, and you can only deduct the amount through "Outbound Stock."
