About takeaway table

The takeaway table is designed for walk-in customers who scan Table QR to order to go and won't occupy a dine-in table, which could help to increase the dine-in table turnover efficiency.

 

How to add a takeaway table

  • Log in to the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  • From the home page, select Settings > Table Management > Table Settings.
  • Click the "Add table" button.
  • Enter the Table section, Table Code/Name, Numbers of seat.
  • Click the "Type" drop-down option and choose "Takeaway".

There will be a label displayed as "Takeway only" in the specified table in the table list.

How to apply the Takeaway table to your restaurant.

  • Add a table QR for the newly added takeaway table.
  • Download and print the table QR
  • Stick the takeaway table QR in front of your order counter or elsewhere you want to.
  • The takeaway table won't show in the table orders interface on the POS system.
  • The order from the takeaway table will show on the "Non-table orders" bar.
