Dine-in Order login refers to the order placed by the customers that requires their personal identification. It means that customers will need to login via their personal email address or social media account in order to place an order. This method ensures that customers are able to track their orders more effectively as well as collecting rewards from the restaurants. How To Set Dine-in Order Login?

This feature will be applicable on the QR ordering where it requires the customers to scan the QR code on the dining table that leads them to the digital menu. In order to set it in the Orderpin POS system, kindly follow the procedures as shown:

There are THREE types of options:

• Close: The customers do not have to login.
• Open (Can Skip): The customers are given options either to login or not.
• Open (Cannot Skip): The customers are compulsory to login.

1. On the POS homepage, go to Settings.
2. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.  
3. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Store Management > Order Channel Settings > QR Ordering.
4. Choose an option in Dine-in Order Login.

Close

1. Once customers scan the QR code, they will be redirected to the menu.
2. The customers can proceed to order and submit the order directly.
3. Eventually, the order will be placed.

 

Open (Can Skip)

1. Once customers scan the QR code, they will be redirected to the menu.
2. The customers will be given an option to login or skip it.
3. Once logged in or skipped, then customers can proceed to submit the order.
4. Eventually, the order will be placed.

 

Open (Cannot Skip)

1. As usual, once customers scan the QR code, they will be redirected to the menu.
2. The customers will be required to login with their preferred login method.
3. Once logged in, then customers can proceed to submit the order.
4. Eventually, the order will be placed.
