Stock category setting

What is the item category?

Item categories are essential for organizing products. By categorizing items, businesses can enhance inventory management and improve reporting capabilities.

If item category are not essential for the store, you may create a single item category for stock item setting purposes.

1. Log in to the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. From the home page, select Invetory > Settings > Stock Category.
3. Click "Add new Category."

Enter the category name for the stock item, e.g. Fruits, Beverages, Meat, Vegetables & etc, which depending on the merchant.
