Table Layout

OrderPin is dedicated to making the POS system easy to use with an intuitive interface design, ensuring any existing restaurant staff knows how to use it without extra training, like using simple gestures to transfer and merge tables effortlessly.

 

How to set Table Layout

Enable the table layout

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Table Management > Table Layout.
3. Enable the status of the function "Enable Table Layout".

 

Edit the table layout

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Table Management > Table Layout.
3. Click the button "New Section" and it will launch a new table section.

4. Input the section name and choose the Layout size.

5. Drag the components at the sibebar which represents Tables or Barrier or Label to place on the canvas, desinged the way of tables display in your restuarant.  

6. The tables launched in the Table Layout will syncronize to the "Table Settings"as well, and it can be also edit in the "Table Settings". 

After editing, you can see the layout in POS synchronously, which will make the page look more beautiful and intuitive, such as the following layout example.

You can view the table layout effect on POS by POS ordering.

Merge the table sections

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Table Management > Table Layout.
3. Click the "Merge Section" button.

4. Select the table you want to merge, but the number of tables for each section cannot exceed 80, and merging will reset the original layout, so operate with cautions.

 

Disable the table layout

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Table Management > Table Layout.
3. Click the "Settings" button.
4. Disable the button beside "Enable Table Layout".

 

How to switch to table layout in POS

You can switch from table list to table layout here.

1. Log in the Tablet POS with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
2. On the dashboard of the Tablet POS, select Order then will enter the Order Center.
3. Select the ordering method of dine in.
4. In the upper right corner, there are two icons to choose to switch the table display method.
