How to Download and Install Kiosk
Follow the steps below to download and install the Kiosk application on your compatible Android device:
Step 1: Check Device Compatibility
Ensure your device meets the following requirements:

Android OS: Version 11 or higher.

Storage: At least 200 MB of free space.

Screen: Touchscreen capability.
Step 2: Download the Kiosk APK File

Open the Chrome or Browser app on your Android device.

Go to the download link

Tap Download (you may need to sign in to your Google account).

Wait for the APK file (kiosk_2.4.7.apk) to finish downloading.
Step 3: Enable Installation from Unknown Sources
Since the Kiosk app is not hosted on the Google Play Store, you must allow installations from external sources:

Go to Settings > Security (or Apps & Notifications on some devices).

Enable Install Unknown Apps or Allow from this source for your browser (e.g., Chrome).
Step 4: Install the Kiosk App

Open the Files or Downloads folder on your device.

Step 5: Launch and Configure Kiosk

Open the Kiosk app from your home screen or app drawer.
How Does It Work In Orderpin POS System?
In Orderpin POS system, the business owners can first start with the setup of the interface in the kiosk.
Merchant Journey
- Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Settings > Hardware > Kiosk.
- Then you can start the setting of the kiosk interface by uploading the pictures and etc.
4. Once saved, proceed to the kiosk machine and login with the POS credentials.
5. Once logged in, you will be required to add the local device to the kiosk, such as printer, payment terminal.
6. Once everything has been set, then the homepage of the kiosk will be displayed, which is already ready for the customers to navigate.
Customer Journey
- Customers will browse through the menu and choose the foods that they wish to have.
- Customers will review the orders first before confirmation.
- Once the order is confirmed, then the customers will be required to pay.
- Once the payment has been made, then a ticket will be issued.
All the customer orders will be processed as usual by the restaurant staffs in the Orderpin POS system.
