What is Attendance?
Attendance is essential for organizations to effectively monitor and manage employee attendance, punctuality, and related metrics.
- Define how the employees record their attendance (Tablet or Mobile Apps)
- Set parameters for working hours
- Set store location
- Set punch range location
Attendance Setting
Location & account setting
To determine the store location and the designated range for staff to punch in, ensure that attendance is recorded accurately, and prevent misuse.
- Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Staff > Attendance > Attendance Settings.

Enter Location & account setting, and set location range and account for punching.
- Store location
Click to set the location of the store on the map; this can be done by searching for the location or by dragging the pin.
- Available punch range
The radius for punching in allows employees to clock in only when within the designated range.
- Account Setting
This function allows certain staff to punch in using specific account IDs only. If each staff member is permitted to punch in from their own device, then no additional settings are required.
E.g. OTcashiers and OTwaiters do not have access to punch in with their own accounts; they are required to punch in using the OTmanager account.
Thus the setting formula will be as below.
Working time setting
It is necessary to set the working hours for the staff. If a report on staff attendance is required, configuring the working time settings is compulsory.
- Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Staff > Attendance > Attendance Settings.

Enter Working hour setting, and set the staff attendance time.
