Split Bill

Splitting Bill is a very important function in the POS system where it allows the division of a bill of goods and services into two or more parts. This is particularly very useful for a group of people who are dining on a same table, but prefer to pay for their respective item separately.

How to Split Bill?

In Orderpin POS, the bill splitting occurs on the checkout screen, and you are able to choose the item individually for the individual bill settlement.

In this scenario, there are 4 items but you can split the bill based on individual order upon checkout. The procedure is such a way that you just have to click the items needed to be settled separately and proceed to check out with the desired payment method.

Subsequently, the settlement of bill for the next customer will follow the same methodology as the first one, until the whole bill has completely been settled.

Therefore, in the order record, the receipt will be presented in such a way that there are different payment methods recorded as the bill is split into 3 different individuals.
