Bulk set sales status
Restaurant merchants may often face the following scenarios:
- Scenario 1: The coffee beans have been sold out today, and coffee-related products can no longer be sold today. They need to be temporarily removed from the shelves to prevent customers from buying coffee today.
- Scenario 2: The eggs ordered last week finally arrived today, and the cakes that were set to be removed from the shelves two days ago need to be put back on the shelves for sale today.
The OrderPin POS system provide 3 status below:
- In stock: The dish is on sale. Customers and employees can click on the corresponding dish to place an order, and the kitchen can also prepare the dish directly.
- Out of stock today: This means that the dish is sold out today, but the merchant will restock it today and it will be on sale again tomorrow. The system will default to not being able to order on that day, and it will automatically return to the "In stock" status after midnight.
- Delisted: This means that the dish is in a long-term unavailable state. Customers and employees cannot order the dish, and the dish will not be automatically put on the shelf the next day. If the merchant needs to restart the sale of the dish, it needs to manually change its status to "In stock".
The merchants can set products' status as follows:
