Ordering via table can be a very convenient way to both customers and business owners. In this scenario, it's very easy for the business owners to understand the occupancy rate of the shop, whereas for customers, it is convenient for them in such a way that they can easily order by scanning a QR code that leads them to a digitalized menu.
In order to activate this, the steps are as follows:
- Login to the POS and head to Settings from the Home page.
- Select the Feature Manage.
- Proceed to the Table Manage and activate the status.
After the table has been activated, you will be able to set table and its QR code respectively for the table ordering.
On the Table Manage, QR code can be generated and bound to the related table easily within the system.
Therefore, when customer orders through scanning the QR code on the table, the order will be generated and displayed from the table where it is initiated.
Besides that, the order can also be directly punched from the table page on the POS and the order can be processed as usual. It is a very convenient way of managing the orders via this method as it provides a lot of flexibility to the customers as well as the business owners.
