Table QR is the most used portal for customers to access your QR menu. The QR menu will automatically generate once you add table QR for your dine-in tables. Choosing to use static table QR or temporary QR for your restaurants is totally up to your demands, but before adding table QR, ensure the table group and table are set properly.
Add table QR for a single table
1. Operate at the Back Office:
- Log in to the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- Click the Setting > Table Management > Table QR Code from the side menu bar.
- Click a table you intend to add table QR.
- Click the button on the pop-up to add static QR or temporary QR.
2. Operate on the Tablet POS:
- Log in to the Tablet POS with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- From the home page, select Settings > Table Management > Table QR Code.
- Click a table you intend to add table QR.
- Click the button on the pop-up to add static QR or temporary QR.
Bulk add table QR for tables
1. Operate at the Back Office:
- Log in to the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- Click the Setting > Table Management > Table QR Code from the side menu bar.
- Click the Bulk add QR code button in the upper right corner.
- Select the tables or the table group to add table QR by bulk on the pop-up.
- Choose the type about bulk QR code, you can choose "Add static code" or "Add temporary code".
2. Operate on the Tablet POS:
- Log in to the Tablet POS with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- From the home page, select Settings > Table Management > Table QR Code.
- Click the "Bulk add QR code" button in the upper right corner.
- Select the tables or the table group to add table QR by bulk on the pop-up.
- Choose the type about bulk QR code, you can choose "Add static code" or "Add temporary code".
