How to Use the Customer Tag in Membership

Introduction: Customer tags are a powerful tool for organizing and segmenting your customer base. By using tags, you can efficiently manage and target specific groups of customers with tailored communications and promotions. This guide will walk you through the steps to create, assign, and utilize customer tags within the POS system.

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.

2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Customer > Customer Management > Customer Tag.

3. Click on the "New Tag" to create a new tag.

4. Enter a name for the tag that reflects its purpose (e.g., "VIP", "Frequent Buyer", "Newsletter Subscriber"), and select color for the label which make it easy to be identified.

5. Click "Confirm" to save the tag that make it available for using.

6. You can check the new tag we created just now, and the color also list here which make you convenient to use this feature. 

 

Apply Customer Tag to "Customer"

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.

2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Customer > Customer Management > Customer List.

3. Find the customer whose details you want to edit and click on its "Detail" button.

4. Click the "Edit" icon beside the "Tag".

5. Click the drop-down box and select the tag that most suitable for the customer.

6. Click "Save" to apply the changes. You can see it would apply and show in the list with tag name and indentified color.
