Inventory and HQ inventory

What is Inventory?

Inventory management is a crucial aspect for restaurants to track the expenses and usage of the ingredients. Inventory management involves monitoring stock items, cookbooks, unit settings, and supplier records, ensuring the business can meet demand without overstocking or understocking.

What is the difference between store Inventory and HQ Inventory

Inventory can be handled at different organizational levels, with store inventory focusing on individual locations and HQ inventory encompassing a broader, company-wide perspective. Understanding these differences is crucial for effective inventory control and overall business operations.

There are some limitations for store inventory because certain functions require the HQ to distribute or set them for the chain store.

Login by the HQ account, you can see the Branch Stock List which can show the branch's inventory list details and follow up the supply in time, but for the store inventory, this part only shows the Transfer Order.
