- Navigate to the cloud printer setup.
- Input the serial number behind the printer.

- Print a test page from the POS application to ensure the printer is properly set up and communicating with the Android device.

How to Connect an Xprinter Cloud Printer to the Internet

Turn on the printer and tap the button behind once.

Long-press the button again until the second paper is printed (Mode B).

Open your phone’s Wi-Fi settings and connect to the "printer" hotspot. (There will be a Wi-Fi network named 'Printer'.)

Once connected to the printer hotspot, open any web browser and enter the IP address “10.10.100.254”, then press the Enter key.

Use the username and password "admin" to log in.

Tap "English" on the top right corner if the language is set to Chinese.

Tap "SCAN" to find the Wi-Fi or hotspot you would like to connect to.

Enter the password for the Wi-Fi or hotspot (ensure the password is entered correctly).

Press "SAVE" at the bottom.

Tap "RESTART," then "OK," and wait for 1 minute to auto-connect.
Xprinter cloud printers only support 2.4 GHz internet; 5 GHz internet is not supported.
