1. Order Type Switching

• Switch order type between Dine In, Bar Tab, and Take Out at any time
• Automatically adjusts order data when switching (table assignments, guest count, pickup codes)
• Recalculates all fees and taxes after type change
• Triggers kitchen ticket reprint and KDS notification to inform staff of the change
• Who it's for: Merchants with mixed order types who need flexibility during order processing
• Why it matters: Allows staff to correct mistakes or accommodate customer requests without recreating the order
• Requires: No Backoffice configuration
• Limitations: Orders with partial payments cannot be switched

2. SUNBAY Payment (US Only)

• New payment method via Sunmi terminals using SUNBAY gateway
• Supports Sale, Pre-auth, Refund, and Void transactions
• Appears as "Credit/Debit Card" option on the payment screen
• Who it's for: US merchants with Sunmi terminals whose ISO has enabled SUNBAY
• Why it matters: Provides additional payment gateway option for US market
• Requires: Sunmi terminal + ISO configuration to enable SUNBAY

⚠️ Notes

• Order type switching is not available for orders that have been partially paid
• When switching from Dine In, the occupied table is released automatically
• When switching to Bar Tab, a name input prompt appears if the Bar Tab name already exists
• SUNBAY payment is only available for US merchants and requires ISO configuration
• Kitchen tickets are automatically reprinted when order type changes to notify kitchen staff
