In Orderpin POS, the status of every order can be viewed and studied through order information. Since Orderpin POS offers a great flexibility on ordering methods, we will start discussing it from the Pay After Meal method via table ordering.
- Login to the POS and head to Order from the Home page.
- Select the table and be redirected to the menu.
- Select the dishes.
- Proceed to place order.
Once the order is placed, back to the Order Center, and the table will show in this interface, displaying different ordering methods through different colors, and also show the table name, the number of products ordered, the number of diners, the total amount of money ordered, and the time since the order was placed.
Once the bill is settled, the order will disappear and returns to its normal state.
There is another scenario, where customers can place an order by scanning the QR code that leads them to the digitalized menu. In this scenario, you will be required to confirm the order before it is sent to the kitchen for preparation.
Once it has been confirmed, the table will turns as usual.
