Punch Card

How to punch card?

To punch in or out, the camera function will be required, as the system necessitates that staff take a photo to clock in, preventing abuse of attendance.

Punch card functionality is not available in Web POS.

 

Mobile App

The punch card option will be located on the bottom left after logging in.

 

Tablet/Terminal (with built-in camera)

The punch card option will be located in the attendance on the dashboard.

 

Why can't my employee punch in?

There may be several issues that could prevent an employee from punching in.

  1. The hardware device does not enable permission for the system to track the location
    • Go to the setting of the hardware to enable the permission of the location
  2. The location of the store is not set correctly
    • Check the store's location to ensure the address or pinned location is correct.
  3. Staff punch card outside the range
    • Tap five times on "Without Range" to verify if the location of the store and the staff is within the designated range.
