OrderOut Integration with OrderPin POS

🔗 What is OrderOut?

OrderOut is an online ordering aggregator that centralizes food delivery platforms like GrabFood, Foodpanda, ShopeeFood, etc., and pushes orders directly to your OrderPin POS system — saving time, reducing errors, and boosting efficiency.

How to Integrate OrderOut with OrderPin POS

From Partner Portal (Admin Setup)

1. Login to the Partner Portal.

2. Navigate to:
   Merchant Manage > Store Manage > Edit > Features > OrderOut Integration

3. Toggle to Enable the feature.

4. Click Save.

From OrderPin Backoffice (Merchant Configuration)

1. Go to:
   Settings > Order Channel Settings > OrderOut Integration

2. Toggle Enable OrderOut.

3. Input the required:

   • Restaurant ID

• • API Key 

1. Click Save.

Once saved, the POS will start receiving live orders from OrderOut-connected platforms like GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.
