Product Sorting

Good category/dish sorting allows customers to see your featured dishes at first glance, and also allows employees to quickly locate dishes and help customers place orders. OrderPin POS System's sorting function can help you increase sales and improve employee work efficiency.

The product sort function of OrderPin POS System supports operations in the Backoffice and directly affects POS ordering, kiosk ordering, QR ordering, online ordering, mini programs, etc. To learn more about how to sort in OrderPin POS System, in this article, we divide this function into two parts.

Sort category

The category sorting function in OrderPin POS System refers to sorting the entire category, such as putting coffee before snacks.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office,  select Products > Product Management > Product List.
  3. Click "Sort".
  4. Click the button to drag the category up or down to the specified position, and then click "Save" to save.

 

Sort product

The sort product function in the OrderPin POS System refers to sorting the dishes under a certain category. For example, in the coffee category, matcha coffee is ranked first and cappuccino is ranked second.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Products > Product Management > Product List.
  3. Select the item you plan to sort.
  4. Click "Sort".
  5. Click the button to drag the items up or down to the specified position, and then click "Save" to save.
