Shift history

Uses of Shift History

Shift history refers to the detailed records of all activities, transactions, and operations that occurred during specific shifts. This historical data is crucial for managing business operations, ensuring accountability, and making informed decisions.

Shift history will appear upon completion of the shift.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Staff > Shift > Shift Record.

 

Why are some of my sales not calculated in the shift?

There may be several reasons why sales are not calculated or do not appear in the shift.

If staff is using individual shifts and certain staff do not close their shifts. 

Transactions paid outside the shift will not be recorded in the shift.

 

View multiple shifts of employees

Only managerial accounts can check if any shifts are ongoing. This functionality can be used to end shifts or to verify if any employees have not completed their shifts upon closing.
