Inventory list

What is Inventory list?

An inventory list is a comprehensive catalog of all items currently in stock, including raw ingredients, prepared foods, beverages, and other supplies. It is essential for effective inventory control and operational efficiency.

If the Stock Item is from HQ Inventory, there will be a label of "from HQ" behind the stock name.

There will be labels of "Low Stock" and "Out of Stock" to warn about the stock quantity.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Inventory > Inventory Management > Inventory List.

 

Set the warning stock setting to automatically email notifications

After the daily report cycle, if there is low stock (as defined in the stock item settings), an email will be sent within an hour to the specified email addresses after the report cycle has ended.

  1. Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
  2. On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Inventory > Inventory Management > Inventory List.
  3. Click the button "Warning stock setting" at the top right corner.

Stock warning will be automatically sent to the following staffs via system notifications and emails.
