Adding products into the POS system can be a very tedious job, especially when you have over hundred or thousand of SKUs. However, Orderpin POS makes it very comfortable for you when it comes to adding product with its capability of importing products in bulk.
How to import products
Importing product uses the excel template as the key, that allows you to input the product name, product code, product description, product specifications, product price and product category in a centralized excel file.
Here are the procedures:
- Log in the Back Office with your OrderPin POS System credentials.
- On the sidebar of the Back Office, select Products > Product Management > Product List.
- Click Quick edit button on the Product Section, and click "Import" to be directed to download an excel template.
- Fill up the necessary fields in the excel template.
- Once done with the excel template, save the file.
- Lastly, upload the file to the Orderpin POS system.
