Table layout refers to the graphical representation of the seating arrangement in a restaurant or café. This layout helps staff to easily manage orders, track table status, and assign orders to specific tables. It provides a visual interface to manage the tables and orders more efficiently.
For instance, the table layout can show tables as blocks or circles on a screen, and staff can interact with these to assign orders, or check the status of a table.
How to Enable Table Layout
Table Layout can be set from backoffice > Settings > Table Layout.
Before setting up the table layout, you will be required to pre-create the tables in the table settings.
1. Click Enable Table Layout.
2. Click on the screen for configurations.
3. You can customize the layout by rearranging the tables. If there are any barriers or labels, you can drag them from the left column to the screen and rename them.
At the top of the screen, you can customize the components.

4. After completing the configuration, you can preview it or click on 'Save'.
How do Table Layout show on the POS
Click the button at the top right of the screen to switch between the normal layout and the table layout.
Additional feature for Table Layout
1. Move Table
The Move Table function allows restaurants to transfer orders from one table to another. This is useful when customers want to switch tables, or if a table is merged with another.
How It Works:
1. Select the current table with the active order.
2. Tap the Move Table option.
3. Choose the new table where the order should be moved.
The Move Table button is the same as the Merge Table button. If you move a table to an empty table, it functions as Move Table. If you move a table to an occupied table, it functions as Merge Table.

2. Quick Checkout
Quick Checkout allows fast and efficient payment processing, reducing customers waiting time. It is commonly used in fast-paced environments like cafés, food courts, and quick-service restaurants (QSRs).
Double-tap the table for Quick Checkout, and it will directly jump to the checkout page.
