Delivery platform integration

OrderPin POS syncs orders from third-party delivery channels (such as Grabfood, Shopefood, Talabat, and Uber Eats) to your restaurant POS app. With OrderPin POS Delivery Integration, you don't have to manually enter these external orders into OrderPin POS, saving time. Other benefits include the ability to push menu updates to all delivery channels at once, and third-party delivery orders will appear in your OrderPin POS restaurant backend reports.

Understanding the delivery integration

This feature allows orders from your chosen food delivery platforms to be synchronized and directly recorded into the:

  • OrderPin POS

  • BackOffice Order Management

  • Reports

This eliminates the need for you to input each order into the OrderPin POS manually.

Important:

To use OrderPin POS's food delivery integration, you must first have a valid account on the corresponding food delivery platform. You cannot log in to the food delivery platform directly using your OrderPin POS account.

Managing the delivery integration settings

Currently, OrderPin POS has been connected to the following food delivery platforms and supports food delivery aggregation services in the corresponding regions:
