For Default Role

1. Navigate to Back Office > Staff > Permission Management > Role.

For New Account

1. Navigate to Back Office > Staff > Permission Management > Account.

2. Add New Account

3. Add the employee's first and last name.

4. Select a role.

Same Employee With Different Wages

Hourly wages can be added for different roles for the same employee.

Modifying hourly wages takes effect for the current payroll period.

For example, if the period lasts from the 1st to the 14th, and the configuration is modified on the 7th, all data for the 1st to the 14th will be modified.

Delete A Role

You can delete a custom role, but all accounts cannot delete system-default roles.

1. If a role is already bound to an account, you will be prompted to unbind it through Back Office > Staff > Permission Management> Account.

2. Delete the custom role through Back office >Staff > Permission Management> Account.

3. Back to Back Office > Staff > Permission Management > Role, delete it.

4. The custom role Manager disappears.
